Programme Vouchers

• Your voucher will arrive at your chosen delivery address and you will need to bring it with you to the Theatre to redeem it.
• Vouchers may only be used in the RSC at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Swan Theatre or The Other Place in Stratford-upon-Avon. 
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund. 
• Vouchers cannot be used online or in the bars, cafe or at the RSC Box Office for theatre tickets or Membership. 
• Vouchers are only valid whilst the production is playing in Stratford-upon-Avon; programmes are only available from the first preview performance.
• Vouchers can only be exchanged for a programme for the production title on the Voucher.
• Vouchers are not tickets and will not allow access to the auditorium. 
• No cash alternative is available. 
• Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. 
• Vouchers must be kept safe and Voucher numbers should not be shared with or given to third parties. 
• The RSC is not liable for misuse of Vouchers and will accept Vouchers as payment from whoever is able to quote the unique Voucher number without further proof of purchase

Rooftop Restaurant Vouchers

• Your voucher will arrive at your chosen delivery address and you will need to bring it with you to the Theatre to redeem it. 
• Vouchers may only be used in the RSC Rooftop Restaurant at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon. 
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
• Vouchers cannot be used online or in the RSC Shops, bars, cafe or at the RSC Box Office for theatre tickets or Membership. 
• Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue as displayed on the Gift Voucher. 
• Vouchers are not tickets and will not allow access to the auditorium. 
• Vouchers can be used for full or part payment, no change will be issued for any unused amount. 
  No cash alternative is available. 
• Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. 
• Vouchers must be kept safe and Voucher numbers should not be shared with or given to third parties.
• The RSC is not liable for misuse of Vouchers and will accept Vouchers as payment from whoever is able to quote the unique Voucher number without further proof of purchase.
