Take part in a facilitated, democratic discussion, about climate change and our responses to it.

The People's Assembly, will feature rehearsed readings by the RSC's Youth Advisory Board from David Finnigan’s Scenes from a Climate Era, as well as a key note speech from Lord Deben, to inspire and fuel conversation about the climate emergency we face today.

Come prepared to listen and to share, join breakout discussions, contribute your thoughts, listen to others and even set some of the agenda yourself on the day.

Scenes from a Climate Era is a play composed of short vignettes exploring the impact of climate change on all our lives, by award winning Australian playwright David Finnigan.

Lord Deben, is the Environment Secretary under John Major, who chaired the Climate Change Committee for over 10 years.
