Award-winning director Wils Wilson (Associate Director at the Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh) directed Reuben Joseph, straight from London’s West End as the title role of the multi award-winning musical Hamilton, and Valene Kane (The Fall) as Macbeth and Lady Macbeth in a gripping, terrifying tale of the times.
Shakespeare’s enduringly popular play received a contemporary comedy makeover by comedian and screenwriter Stewart Lee, with a new rewritten scene for the Porter to reflect the darkly comic and satirical nature of the scene for a 2023 audience.
