Our productions of The Comedy of Errors over the years have included many famous actors playing an Antipholus or Dromio twin: Ian Richardson/Alec McCowen (Antipholus) in 1962; Corin Redgrave/John Wood (Antipholus) in 1972; Michael Williams (Dromio) 1972 and 1976; Roger Rees (Antipholus) in 1976; Peter McEnery (Antipholus) and Henry Goodman (Dromio) in 1990; Desmond Barrit (Dromio) in 1990; David Tennant (Antipholus) in 2000; and Jonathan Slinger/Forbes Masson (Dromio) in 2005.
