He is a leading member and Associate Director of experimental theatre company The Factory, with whom he has played The Tempest, Julius Caesar, Macbeth, The Odyssey, Hamlet, The Seagull, Round Two, As You Like it, Cymbeline, The Two Gentlemen of Verona, Pericles, Timon of Athens, Troilus & Cressida, Love's Labour's Lost, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Twelfth Night and Measure for Measure. 

He also teaches and directs for Rose Bruford, Fourth Monkey, Central, LAMDA and Drama Studio London, and is a workshop leader and storyteller for the education department at Shakespeare's Globe.
