Tickets

If you have access needs or are Deaf, disabled or neurodiverse we will need to ask you to give as much information as possible so that we can meet your access needs.

In Stratford

Tickets for disabled people cost £16, whenever you visit and wherever you choose to sit. If you require the services of a companion, their ticket will be free.

To book you can:

  • Browse and book an assisted performance on our website (captioned, audio described, signed and relaxed performances)
  • Select any performance via our What's On and book up to two disabled rate tickets by using promocode: Access. If you require a free companion seat, please call the Box Office on the number below.

You can also book by emailing tickets@rsc.org.uk or phoning us on 01789 331275. All bookings are dealt with on a first come, first served basis and are looked at daily. If you don't get an immediate answer please bear with us - we will get back to you.

In London and throughout the UK

If you are booking for an RSC show in London or throughout the UK, tickets and ways to book might differ as your booking will be dealt with by a ticket agent or by staff in the theatre you are visiting. If you are having difficulties, please contact us directly, as above, and we will do what we can to help.

Seating Plans

Where you can sit will vary depending on which theatre you are visiting and where you will need to sit so we can make sure your access needs are met. There could be limitations to where we can seat you, depending on the popularity of the show and how many seats are available. But the seating plans below will give you an indication:

All of our seating in The Other Place auditorium are unreserved, including our two wheelchair spaces.

We have front row seats available at every performance in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre for people who are partially sighted or hard of hearing.

Seating for captioned, audio described and signed performance varies between shows. Use the button below to book recommended seating for these performances - the booking process will guide you to buy the correct seats.
