Details
Our webinars feature RSC rehearsal room approaches and active techniques for teaching Shakespeare. Designed to follow the productions on our stages, they are geared for any teacher from ECTs to experienced educators to develop active and engaging methods for teaching Shakespeare's plays.
Each webinar will focus on one Shakespeare play, and will feature several approaches for teaching it in a variety of learning contexts. This usually includes activities to explore:
- Plot: what happens in this Shakespeare play?
- Character: who are the main characters in this world?
- Actor, director and designer: how can we approach this play like an RSC actor, director or designer?
Due to the interactive nature of these sessions, recordings will not be made available after the event.
