Jonathan is an accomplished property investor and developer and has practised as a chartered surveyor since 1984. As a Trustee of the Donmar Warehouse Jonathan led the team remodelling the Earlham Street based theatre with a focus on access and sustainability and which successfully re-opened in 2021.

Jonathan’s career has included time at a major Insurance and Pension fund, other City of London institutions, and for the last 20 years he has been in partnership with private property company, UCG. Jonathan has recently completed office refurbishments, a new industrial development, a complex historic building refurbishment to create a new home for a school, and residential schemes.
