We want everyone to experience theatre at its best, and to be able to visit our buildings, see our exhibitions and eat in our restaurant and cafes. Watch our new Access For All videos : 

• Move: how easy it is to move up, down and around our buildings 
  Sign: Integrated British Sign Language shows and captioned performances for people who are Deaf or hard of hearing
• Touch: Audio described performances and touch tours are for people who are blind or visually impaired
• Relax: Helping people with autism enjoy and anyone who might want a more relaxed atmosphere to enjoy our shows

British Sign Language Performances 

We can also announce four semi-integrated British Sign Language (BSL) performances as part of our latest season, each of which will be accompanied by BSL tours before each show.

Snow in Midsummer, The Earthworks, Myth and Julius Caesar will each feature a BSL performance, where an interpreter will work alongside the actors on stage - in costume - as part of the show. Before each show, you can also find out more about the play with a BSL tour - a chance to explore the props and costumes before the show. 

You will also be able to take part in a special, free interpreted post-show talk after the BSL performance.

We try to make everything we do as accessible as possible to everyone, from plays on our stages to our events and exhibitions. We are always looking for new and effective ways to help people come and experience theatre at its best.

• An accessible permanent exhibition, The Play's the Thing, with large print descriptions, subtitled videos, and BSL interpretation

• Discounted tickets for disabled people and companions, where required

Disabled Access Day takes place over the weekend, from 10 - 12 March and is sponsored by Euan's Guide, a listing and review site that helps disabled people know which venues are easily accessible.
